According to the Big Site of Amazing Facts©, the umbrella is one of the oldest artifacts in history. It was a familiar item by the time man began to write.  Through the centuries, the demand for umbrellas has doubled.  Many prominent companies are giving umbrellas as gifts.  Not only does it advertise your product to the recepient but it is by others when it is used.  Umbrellas are a great fundraiser for golf courses, sporting events, or schools.

A useful item that never goes out of style, umbrellas can provide a constant message to customers.  The umbrella I keep in the car has been with me for 6 years.  How many other promotional items last that long?
